I just got the PDTR ballot results summary,
there are two countries with comments and
two not supporting the proposal.

Opposed are Netherlands (comments received a while back)
and the U.S. (with a multipage comment reflecting the changes
between D16 and D17, which is the latest US version)

Comments also received from France and Japan.  (I belive the
Japan comments were also received before the July PASC meeting)

Jon SPencer, our Project Editor has the task of arranging
an editorial meeting to proposed a disposition of comments,
so watch for an announcement from Jon!
