Subject: SC22LIS email list created

After some discussion in WG15, and after authorization by the SC22
chair, Bob Follett, I have created a new email list SC22LIS@dkuug.dk for
discussion of Language Independent Specifications (LIS). The LIS
specifications are subject of a WG11 project, and also used in WG15
(POSIX) and in other SC22 WGs. WG members interested in the LIS issues
can email SC22LIS-request@dkuug.dk to be put on the list. Conveners
of working groups affected by LIS specifications are invited to inform
their WG members of this new list, and invite them to jion the email
list.
