I will send you an update on what to expect weather wise at Whistler
once we get closer to the actual dates of our meeting. Conditions can
vary but we should expect relatively pleasant fall weather. (10 - 15
degrees Celsius)

The village at Whistler is a relaxed sort of place and while people have
been known to wear suits there it definitely isn't the normative mode of
dress. Therefore, the recommended dress code for this meeting will be
business casual.

Whistler, and all of British Columbia for that matter, is an interesting
and unique place to visit. For anyone interested in arriving early or staying
over we will endeavor to assist you with information or suggestions.
