(Willem, do you have this online by any chance?) I would encourage other national bodies to provide editorial or substanitive comments back via email so I can put together a full document. Note, the PASC meeting is in two weeks, and any thing received by then will go into their update for Draft 17. (actually, as I understand it, Draft 17 will be held up until national body comments are received, which may be till after Aug. 5th because opf the ballot closing period. If it is possible to get "no comment" feedback to me as well, we can determine what needs to go into Draft 17 more effectively.
