Subject: DIS 9945-2 Ballot Response

WG15 members,
	I just got the ballot results from this DIS ballot.
It is approved, but we do have comments and a disposition
of comments is appropriate.  As you may recall, we asked
our Project Editor to develop that for distribution to WG15
folks for email/letter feedback ... we should submitt this
to SC22 by the begining of August, and if we cannot, let
Joe Cote know so he can request an exenstion.

	Here is the top level summary:

1) voting yes with comments:
	Austrailia, Austria, Canada, Denmark,
	Netherlands

2) voting negitive:  Japan

Total count: affirmitive: 21; negitive 1; abstain 2

We have the comments from Japan received "online",
off the top of my head, I do not know if we have
the Austrailian, Austrian, Canadia, Denmark and Netherlands
comments (I think we have DK and NLL).

Hal can you let me know what we have "online" and we can
send out that package via email (I will try to get the
others in that format)

My thanks to all involved, and the challenge is to formulate
a response in a timely fashion at this point.
