I've included these in the revision that I just mailed out, and I would suggest that this be taken as the base document for discussion. The substanitive revision is in section 1.1 on the re-distribution of documents by HoD's -- it was pointed out that it is not intended to be "restricted to a country" but rather to be "for the purposes of national body comment" so this is the change proposed there. The other change bars reflect changes that impact the text or look, but I do not belive are substaitive. [One change of Technical Committee on Operating Systems... is very visable, but not substanitive.] I did not mark changes in capitalization, addition of periods, or removal of excess whitespace. Jim
