Hi,
     In thanking Keld for his reminder, I estimate that I will be able to
get the Locale comments revised and re-checked within the week and sent out
e-mail to Hal, Keld and Ron (in case anyone in Germany wants a hard copy!).

     In practice this should mean that most of Keld's concerns are covered
although not explicitly listed in one document.   That I will have to do
later.

     It has been suggested by Kido-san that revised copies of the formal
specifications be included in the proposed Guidelines TR as annexes.   I have
agreed to this proposal and will therefore hold off on further work on
those until after the May meeting (provided that I don't hear to the
contrary before then).
