Hello experts of I18N,

I got some bug reports on the MSE.mm which I distributed
via mailing list.

1) There are string "\*F\", (<backslash><asterisk><F><backslash>),
   at the end of some lines in MSE.mm. Some troff can not handle
   the string. So, please remove the last <backslash> like that
   "\*F" (<backslash><asterisk><F>).

2) Correspondence of ".FS" and ".FE" are broken in the file
   4.5.1.mm and 4.5.6.mm, though I can not find such inconsistent
   in my file. So, I will post them again.
