Happy New Year to you all.

This is just to remind you that hotel reservations for the Heidelberg
meeting, if you want to use the Holiday Inn need to be made by end of
February otherwise I cannot gurantee the rooms

I need to keep track of reservations, so please send all requests to me,
with arrival date, leaving date, single or double room. I'll confirm all
reservations as soon as I have it back from the hotel. If you wish to
use other hotels, please also let me know so that I have an idea who is
coming to the meeting.
