These will be the basis of future U.S. Submissions to WG15 for comment, etc (I would expect). However, I do have these two documents and can make them available to WG15 members as might be useful and/or appropriate. Please let me know if you feel I should send these out either to the lead contact in each WG15 country, or to WG15 as a whole. (US: do you have a preference? .... if you submit a copy of these for WG15 Review and Comment soon then that could be duplictive, but if your planning on submitting these versions, then perhaps I should go ahead and assign document numbers and put them in a regular mailing.)
