Keld, if you can arrange to arrive Friday, that would be more useful.
We will not be meeting on Saturday (and I will be in the UK starting
Saturday morning).

WG15 said "ASAP."  I'm trying to accommodate that.

The 6-month balloting period will certainly knock it out farther than
the start of the year.  I don't know when the ballot will actually start.
WG15 asked for the first amendment (.2b) as soon as possible after the
first IS.
