WG15 members,
	among the issues raised at the SC22 meeting was a
reminder that ALL national bodies need to submit a list of
accredited delegates to the SC secretariat for every working
group meeting.

	I will get a more complete report out to you on the
SC22 results soon, but having just received the U.S. list of
delegates, I thought I would point this out.
