Subject: Rapporteur Group on the Coordination of Profile Activities

The WG15/RGCPA will meet at Utrecht in conjunction with the IEEE P1003.n
working groups. The meeting will be held in either of the Holiday Inn
or the Scandic Crown. The IEEE is using both.

The meeting times are 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM on October 23 and 9:00 AM
until 4:00 PM on the 24th.

One of the work items in our programme of Work is to review and make
recommendations on the P1003.0 Guide. A number of representatives from
the P1003.0 group have expressed interest in attending the RGCPA and this
will provide us with an opportunity to get at this work very quickly.

I would like to know how many countries will be sending representatives.
If you can please advise me as early as possible. I can also arrange to have
a copy of P1003.0 Draft 15 (now in IEEE ballot) sent to you should you
require one.

I look forward to meeting with the RGCPA representatives in Utrecht.
