I have a proposed amendment to the minutes from the Hamilton WG15
meeting. (Submitted by Roger Martin) This amendment to Item 2.3 SC22 Action,
Convenors Report follows:

"Roger Martin, as Lead Rapporteur of RGCT, questioned why no apparent
action had been taken on initiating the concurrent registration and
CD ballot for IEEE Standard 1003.3-1991 (Test Methods). The convenor
noted that he would check into it with the SC22 Secretariat and take
whatever actions were necessary to expedite this action."

I propose, unless there is any objection, now or later, that this
proposed amendment be included in the discussion and motion to adopt
N284 as amended at the next meeting of WG15.
