In reviewing these action items, it appears that 9111-03 and 9111-09 should
be closed.  These correspond to previous action items 9105-21 and 
9105-28 respectively, and are indicated has having been closed in WG15 N238
(the US Action Item status report.)

Was this an error, or was there a reason for keeping these actions open?
