Subject: Vice Chair for New Zealand Meeting (and Chair for next one)

It would be most useful to identify a candidate who is willing to
serve as vice chair at the NZ meeting, and presumably chair in
October.  The final location for Oct. is not set yet, the leading
candidates are Germany & the UK ... but Europe in any case.

If you could lend a hand at these two meetings, please
let me know.
