As you know, I will be on a tight schedule trying to get both CD 9945-2 and its first amendment processed for the New Zealand meeting. I have all the comments for 9945-2 and will try to circulate proposed resolutions in the next week or so. However, Amd 1 (SC22 N1077) will be more difficult because balloting closes on 10 April. For my planning purposes, it would be very helpful for the heads of delegation to email me (or this group) an early projection about whether they expect to submit any technical comments that would mandate changes in the draft prior to the May meeting. I have to recirculate changes through the IEEE as well, so any early information would be most appreciated. And if you can email portions of ballots as you approve them, or summaries of problem areas, that would be great, too. Thanks! Hal Jespersen
