I don't feel we will have time to have this meeting "between"
the SGFS meeting (ends Nov. 1) and the start of WG15 meeting
(Nov. 5).  My recomendation is that we hold this meeting
independently from the WG15 meeting, and after that date.

One candidate is January in San Fransisco, the week after
the IEEE POSIX meetings in Irvine CA... this will allow
some travel savings for folks that would do both. (it also
aligns with the Uniforum trade show, which may also save
some folks travel, and be of interest to others)

If this sounds good, or bad ... please get back to me,
I would like to get the date/location fixed in the next two weeks.

If you have an alternitive, please let me know as well.
