1) Lead Rapporteur for RGCPA -- PLEASE RESPOND BY AUG 1st
	We need to fill this position by Aug. 1 or WG15 expects
	to eliminate RGCPA at the Oct. 1995 meeting.  Please send
	names of candidates to Jim Isaak by August 1st.

	Duties are primarily administrative:
		- monitor email list (for correctness/completeness)
		- focal point for communications from external groups,
			and reporting to WG15 (written reports requested)
		- Establish & distribute agenda & Meeting notice
		- manage document # assignment (which may default to
			email archive #'s if that is primary channel)
		- distribute hardcopy documents.
	[at this point it appears that all RGCPA participants are
	on email, therefore it is proposed that this be the primary
	medium for RGCPA document distribution.]

	It may be that attendence at all rapporteur meetings is not
	essential so long as an individual who can chair the meeting has
	been identified.

	Areas of work: 14525 (POSIX OSE TR), POSIX Profiles (.10,.18,.13,.14)
		liaison with SGFS, EWOS, OIW, X/Open profiling activities.

We also need volunteers to provide liaison to the following groups,
please notify Jim Isaak of candidates.

2) Liaison to WG13, Modula 2

3) Liaison to WG5, Fortran

4) Liaison to EWOS, Conformance Testing & OSE Profiles
